Job Description:
- Verify the authenticity and validity of digital assets submitted by users.
- Process digital assets transactions within defined time frames, prioritizing prompt
- Accurately reconcile user balances after various transactions
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve any discrepancies or errors in user balances.
- Compile and report reconciliations
- Receive and escalate user issues across all communication chanels to relevant units/teams for quick resolution.
