Job Description:

  • Verify the authenticity and validity of digital assets submitted by users.
  • Process digital assets transactions within defined time frames, prioritizing prompt
  • Accurately reconcile user balances after various transactions
  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve any discrepancies or errors in user balances.
  • Compile and report reconciliations
  • Receive and escalate user issues across all communication chanels to relevant units/teams for quick resolution.
