Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage content across various platforms. You’ll need strong graphic design skills and professional desktop video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut. You should also be comfortable collaborating in a team, working from assigned tasks, and producing content for social, YouTube, and webinar-based materials. Kindly note that after you apply, you’ll receive an email with TWO assessments that must be completed to be shortlisted for the final interview. This role requires strong graphic design and professional desktop video editing skills (Premiere Pro or Final Cut). Mobile editing apps like CapCut are not sufficient.

• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage weekly social media content calendars
• Design high-quality graphics for posts, stories, and campaigns
• Edit professional videos using desktop software for Social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), YouTube content, and Webinars and tutorials for the company website
• Collaborate within a structured, task-based team environment
• Follow brand guidelines and creative direction
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
• Respond to basic community interactions (comments, DMs)
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Support social campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

• Proficiency in desktop video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva – advanced level)
• Ability to edit a range of formats (short-form, long-form, webinars)
• Experience with managing or contributing to social media pages
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
