Job Description:
Property Brokers International Magazine seeks a visionary and detail-driven Creative Editor to lead the ideation, creation, and visual execution of high-impact real estate content across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will blend editorial expertise with graphic storytelling,shaping each issue’s voice, aesthetic, and engagement potential for a global audience
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and drive the visual direction of each magazine issue and brand aligned campaigns.
Curate thematic layouts, infographics, and photography to support editorial content on real estate trends, market analysis, lifestyle, infrastructure, and investment
Collaborate with writers, journalists, and contributors to refine and enhance story arcs, ensuring creativity, clarity, and consistency.
Edit feature articles, interviews, property reports, and market insights for both tone and visual impact.
Oversee design layouts, fonts, color schemes, and use of imagery across print and digital versions.
Guide freelance and in-house designers, ensuring alignment with the magazine’s brand and audience expectations.
Elevate Property Brokers International Magazine’s creative output across social media, web platforms, and newsletters.
Collaborate with marketing to create branded assets, covers, promo visuals, andevent collateral
Stay current with global and African real estate, design, and publishing trends.
Innovate storytelling formats such as interactive maps, QR-linked video tours, infographic timelines.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Arts, Graphic Design,or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in editorial and creative production (preferably in real estate, luxury, or business magazine).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
Strong editorial judgment, visual design skills, and storytelling ability.
A portfolio showcasing diverse editorial and visual content.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with data-driven content and infographics is a plus.
