Job Description: 

We are seeking a B2B-focused Area Sales Manager with experience in selling directly to manufacturing companies, industrial clients, and large-scale corporate buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and engage manufacturing and industrial clients (not open market sales).

Conduct market research to generate leads and expand business opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement officers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in manufacturing firms.

Negotiate and close high-value deals, handling complex client objections professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and after-sales service.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B networking events.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience selling directly to manufacturing, industrial, or corporate clients (not retail/open market sales).

Proven ability to sell products/services to procurement teams and key decision-makers in manufacturing companies.

Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office for sales tracking and reporting.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₦285,000 (Gross), ₦250,000 (Net)

HMO & Pension: After confirmation

Other Benefits: 13th-month salary

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
