We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a managerial position within our dynamic and expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate background, strong leadership abilities, and a proven capacity to lead teams, implement strategic initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with business goals
• Lead and manage staff to achieve departmental and organizational objectives
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure seamless workflow
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the organization in meetings
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a corporate setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proximity to Chevron, Ajah, or Sangotedo is highly preferred
