The Control Room Operator monitors and controls factory operations from a central room, ensuring smooth production and quick response to system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment and production systems.
• Adjust settings to maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot alarms and system issues.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
• Keep records of operations and incidents.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role (manufacturing, industrial, or security).
• Knowledge of control systems and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer and communication skills.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
