Job Description:

We are seeking a Control Fleet Operator who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our delivery fleet, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely transportation of orders. You will play a key role in tracking drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring all deliveries align with company standards.

What You’ll Do

Fleet Coordination:

• Monitor and manage daily fleet operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assign delivery routes to drivers and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Track vehicle locations, ensuring adherence to routes and schedules.

Logistics Management:

• Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to align delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.

Driver Supervision & Communication:

• Maintain open communication with drivers, providing support and addressing any delivery challenges.
• Ensure drivers follow protocols for product handling and customer service.
• Conduct regular checks on driver performance and adherence to company policies.

Issue Resolution:

• Handle and resolve delivery-related issues, including delays, customer complaints, or vehicle breakdowns.
• Act quickly to minimize service disruptions and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including trip logs, delivery statuses, and vehicle usage.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1-2 years in Order Fulfillment, Logistics, or E-commerce.

✅ Strong attention to detail to prevent order errors.

✅ Excellent communication to engage with customers and delivery partners.

✅ Tech-savvy, comfortable using order tracking tools.

✅ Highly organized with strong time management skills.
