Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Analyst located in Warri. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements. The role requires analyzing contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Contract Analyst will communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing support throughout the contract lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Contractual Agreements
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret legal documents
- Excellent Communication and Contract Negotiation skills
- Understanding of Law and relevant regulations
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
