Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about crafting visually compelling content, know how to ride social media trends, and have an eye for aesthetic real estate storytelling, this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for showcasing our properties, engaging our online audience, and bringing the Carlton lifestyle to life across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and edit engaging video content (especially Reels) showcasing our apartments and lifestyle.

2. Write sharp, persuasive captions and copy that align with Carlton’s brand tone.

3. Design social media graphics using Canva and other tools as required.

4. Develop and manage a content calendar to maintain consistency.

5. Visit apartments (logistics provided) to film and capture new content.

6. Monitor trends and adapt content strategy to increase reach and engagement.

7. Engage with followers and respond to DMs / comments professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a social media manager and content creator.

2. Proficiency in video editing and reel creation (Instagram & TikTok especially).

3. Strong copywriting skills with an eye for luxury and lifestyle branding.

4. Familiarity with Canva and other design tools.

5. Be organized, creative, and proactive.

6. Based in Lagos and able to commute to Eko Atlantic and other shoot locations.

7. Portfolio showcasing content creation / social media management skills.

Job Type: Hybrid (3 Days on-site)

Location: Eko Atlantic, Lagos

Compensation: ₦130,000 – ₦150,000 monthly

Logistics provided for apartment shoot locations
