Job Description:

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who enjoys content creation, is highly organized, and doesn’t mind being on the move. You’ll be working closely with our CEO, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, supporting video production, and designing social media graphics that align with our brand’s voice.

You’ll help turn everyday moments into impactful content — and play a key part in helping us connect with our growing audience of U.S.-based small business owners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shadow the CEO during in-person meetings and work sessions to capture content
• Record, organize, and assist with editing video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Design branded graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
• Support the marketing team with social media scheduling and content calendar planning
• Repurpose content from webinars, interviews, or day-to-day recordings
• Keep up with platform trends and suggest creative ideas
• Occasionally help with livestream setup or basic photography

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Lagos (Island preferred) and available for in-person shoots
• Comfortable filming and editing video content
• Working knowledge of tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
• A creative eye for design and storytelling
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Familiar with social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience creating content for a personal or business brand
• Photography or livestream experience
• Interest in small business, entrepreneurship, or finance content

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₦135,000.00 – ₦145,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
