Job Description:
Content Strategy & Ideas
- Bring fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas to the table — with or without big budgets
- Help brainstorm reels, educational posts, and engaging stories that connect with mums and parents
- Assist with basic video planning (you won’t have to shoot but you will need to edit Instagram Reels, Tik Toks etc.)
Content Execution
- Write captions, schedule posts, and stay on top of our content calendar
- Brief graphic designers and video editors clearly, and manage content deadlines
- Monitor comments, tags, and inbox messages (flag or reply appropriately)
Event Support
- Help coordinate brand events, pop-ups, and mini activations
- Liaise with vendors, handle RSVP lists, support on-site setup if needed
Admin & Founder Support
- Follow up with suppliers, track ingredient/packaging orders, send reminders
- Keep production timelines, team tasks, and meetings organized
- Be a reliable second brain — helping the founder stay on top of key things daily
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative and resourceful — full of ideas
- Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented — nothing gets past you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, Google Docs/Sheets, and WhatsApp
- Confident managing small projects or event checklists independently
- Able to work under minimal supervision, but still keep communication open and clear
- Bonus if you’ve worked in beauty, parenting, or small business environments before
Experience:
- basic video editing: 1 year (Preferred)
- social media management: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
