As Programmes Manager or Senior Programmes Manager, you will work closely with consultants, analysts, and communication executives to develop and implement the company’s marketing plans and business development initiatives across our consulting and executive education programmes in Nigeria.

You will adopt the latest thinking in consultancy to build relationships with stakeholders, accelerate the company’s brand in Nigeria, and lead the delivery of our leadership, corporate transformation, innovation and other programmes across businesses and the public sector.

The successful candidate will have strong educational and professional qualifications, supported by proven experience in programme management, marketing, business development and relationship management in professional services or consulting. You must have strong commercial intelligence and a genuine interest in independently filling knowledge gaps through research. You must be driven, articulate and hungry to succeed. The successful post holder will work across Lagos and Abuja, with home working and occasional international travel.

Person Specification

1) A first degree in business, economics, or marketing, supported by a master’s degree.

2) Strong project or programme management experience in a management consultancy environment.

3) Effective in business development, bid writing, and customer relationship management.

4) High-level presentation skills, with verbal and visual articulation of the strategic narrative, and production of consultancy reports.

5) Exceptional command of the English language in both writing and speech, being able to leverage it with nuance and panache.
