Job Description:

As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work directly with our Project Manager, assisting in managing contractors, coordinating site activities, and utilizing engineering software to support project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.

Utilize AutoCAD and other engineering software to review, modify, and analyze construction drawings and plans.

Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and cost estimates.

Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise.

Ensure all work complies with local building regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Communicate effectively with the project team, architects, engineers, and other key personnel.

Required Qualifications & Experience

First Class or Second Class Upper University degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with AutoCAD and other engineering-related software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, or similar).

3 – 5 years of experience in a construction-related role, preferably in site supervision, project coordination, or engineering.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural principles.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations in construction.

A valid driver’s license (preferred).
