Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Board Evaluations and Corporate Governance Audits for clients.
Assist in the recruitment of directors and executives.
Conduct thorough research into governance practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Provide advisory services on governance issues and assist with the implementation of best practices.
Assist in the establishment of corporate governance frameworks for clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with 2-4 years of experience, ideally within corporate governance, legal compliance, or a related field
Strong, demonstrated understanding of corporate governance principles, legal frameworks, and best practices.
Exceptional research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal data and generate actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with tools for research, data management, and report generation.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
ICSAN Certification is a plus.
