Job Description:

Rotic Aluminium Extrusion was established in 2023 and is a growing leader in the aluminium extrusion industry in Africa, dedicated to delivering high-quality aluminum products to various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all factory security personnel, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Conduct and oversee morning drills, shift briefings, and emergency response training for security teams.
• Develop and enforce strict access control to prevent unauthorized entry into production areas, warehouses, and accommodation.
• Carry out routine patrols, spot checks, and inspections across all factory zones, including production lines, accommodation, and perimeter fencing.
• Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring real-time security tracking within the factory premises.
• Investigate security breaches, theft, sabotage, or unauthorized movements, and report findings to senior management.
• Ensure security coverage during night shifts.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and external security teams when necessary, especially in cases of security incidents.
• Ensure all security personnel are properly trained in fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Oversee the security of factory equipment, raw materials, and finished goods, ensuring strict monitoring to prevent theft or loss.
• Maintain detailed records of security incidents, patrol reports, and access logs for accountability.
• Supervise and coordinate security escorts for material transportation and VIP movements within and outside the factory.
• Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations, environmental policies, and workplace security guidelines.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or industrial/factory security.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and training security personnel in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of security procedures, factory access control, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to conduct investigations, risk assessments, and enforce strict security measures.
• Familiarity with CCTV operations, perimeter security, and warehouse security procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a high-risk, high-pressure factory environment.
• Excellent communication, crisis management, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
