Job Description:
- Organizing meetings and ensuring proper minutes-taking.
- Doing drafting and documentations
- Overseeing communication between the company and its stakeholders
- Arranging annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Advising the organization on legal issues, governance and strategic matters.
- Ensuring Compliance with the company’s Articles of Association.
- Maintaining Statutory Registers such as registers of members, directors, and those with significant control.
- Filing essential documents with Companies House.
- Legal, Administrative duties.
- Other aligned and assigned duties.
Requirements:
Degree in Law,
3 to 5 years working experience.
Good writing skills.
Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
