Job Description:

  • Organizing meetings and ensuring proper minutes-taking.
  • Doing drafting and documentations
  • Overseeing communication between the company and its stakeholders
  • Arranging annual general meetings (AGMs).
  • Advising the organization on legal issues, governance and strategic matters.
  • Ensuring Compliance with the company’s Articles of Association.
  • Maintaining Statutory Registers such as registers of members, directors, and those with significant control.
  • Filing essential documents with Companies House.
  • Legal, Administrative duties.
  • Other aligned and assigned duties.

Requirements:

Degree in Law,

3 to 5 years working experience.

Good writing skills.

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
