Job Description:

We are seeking a Company Driver to transport staff and goods efficiently, maintain vehicle cleanliness and functionality, follow road safety regulations, and support logistics needs across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation services for company staff, executives, and guests as required.
• Deliver and collect official documents, packages, and other items to and from designated locations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles through regular inspections and routine servicing.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any issues requiring maintenance or repair.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel usage, mileage, maintenance schedules, and incidents.
• Plan travel routes efficiently to optimize time and minimize fuel consumption.
• Assist in loading and unloading items when necessary and provide support for logistics activities.
• Handle vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and other administrative documentation in collaboration with the administrative team.
• Serve as a professional and courteous representative of the company when dealing with clients, vendors, and public authorities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver in a corporate or logistics environment.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations, vehicle maintenance practices, and regional routes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
