Job Description:

As a Solar Sales Referral Agent, you will play a crucial role in identifying and referring potential customers to our financed solar solutions. You will also have the opportunity to refer sellers and earn a lifetime referral bonus. This is a commission-based sales referral role, offering unlimited earning potential.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Identify and refer potential customers to our financed solar solutions
2. Build relationships with customers, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions
3. Refer sellers to our platform and earn a lifetime referral bonus
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales referral targets
6. Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

*Requirements:*

1. 2+ years of sales or business development experience
2. Strong network and connections in Africa (preferably in the renewable energy sector)
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Proficiency in English (fluency in additional African languages a plus)
7. Familiarity with the renewable energy sector (solar energy specifically)

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦10,000,000.00 per month
