Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of construction projects, including contract management, financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management. International construction experience and proficiency in SAP software are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management: Negotiate, manage, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, manage project budgets, and make strategic financial decisions.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks in construction projects.
4. Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals.

Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Supervisor in a construction company, with a minimum of 2 years in an international construction company.
2. Proficiency in SAP software for accounting and financial management.
3. Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and legal implications.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
