We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team and help us maintain our standard of exceptional customer service.
As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional service experience throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications—via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Manage and update client records using CRM software.
- Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide support to the sales team by tracking leads and assisting in follow-ups.
- Resolve client complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Guide clients through onboarding, documentation, and after-sales service.
- Deliver timely reports on client interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing or customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible availability, including weekends when necessary.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Passion for client relationship management and customer service excellence.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦140,000.00 per month
