Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once. Candidates must have 2–5 years of post-qualification experience working in accounting or a related field, and be comfortable translating technical financial information into client-friendly terms.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Managing the full client onboarding process from initial inquiry through to active status
  • Coordinating and scheduling discovery calls and meetings
  • Collecting, verifying, and organising client documentation
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handover and service delivery
  • Creating onboarding workflows and tracking client journey status
  • Performing research to tailor onboarding and solutions to client industries
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Identifying ways to improve the client onboarding experience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2–5 years post-qualification experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to use CRM systems and maintain accurate client records
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
