Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once. Candidates must have 2–5 years of post-qualification experience working in accounting or a related field, and be comfortable translating technical financial information into client-friendly terms.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing the full client onboarding process from initial inquiry through to active status
- Coordinating and scheduling discovery calls and meetings
- Collecting, verifying, and organising client documentation
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handover and service delivery
- Creating onboarding workflows and tracking client journey status
- Performing research to tailor onboarding and solutions to client industries
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Identifying ways to improve the client onboarding experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–5 years post-qualification experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to use CRM systems and maintain accurate client records
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
