Job Description:

As the COO, you will be responsible for all operational and executional excellence across manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance. This role requires a highly analytical, systems-oriented leader who drives efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging data and performance indicators to meet production and delivery targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional operations to achieve best-in-class project efficiency, order fulfillment cycle time, and productivity of staff.
• Drive operational KPIs such as overall equipment effectiveness, time to market, and capacity utilization.
• Implement and optimize ERP and digital tools to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Promote continuous improvement through lean methodologies, standard operating procedures, and change management.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and safety standards; track and reduce the safety incident rate.

Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of supply chain design, production planning, and lean operations.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Operations Management (MBA preferred).
• Proficient with ERP systems, manufacturing analytics, and process automation.
• Data-driven leader with experience in KPI-based performance management.
