Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and prepare high-quality meals according to menu specifications
✔ Ensure proper food presentation and plating standards
✔ Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
✔ Develop new recipes and improve existing menu offerings
✔ Supervise kitchen operations and collaborate with kitchen staff
✔ Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of kitchen supplies

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant or hospitality company
✔ Expertise in both local and international cuisine
✔ Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
✔ Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
✔ Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
