We are looking for a Business Support Services Coordinator to join our team! This role is key in ensuring smooth administrative operations, procurement, logistics, and marketing support to drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide administrative support across departments, manage office operations & ensure compliance.
✅ Oversee procurement & vendor management , ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing.
✅ Manage logistics & inventory , ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
✅ Support marketing & branding efforts , liaising with vendors to drive digital and corporate communication strategies.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience , including 2+ years in administration or procurement.
✔️ Strong organizational, communication & problem-solving skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔️ Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
