Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
Assist in managing and improving products/services.
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows and SOPs.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on business data.
Provide daily business support and troubleshoot issues across teams.
Work with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to align on goals and execute business initiatives.

Qualifications:
BSc in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis or support roles.
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Clear communicator with excellent documentation skills.
Familiarity with project and product management tools.
Organized, analytical, and collaborative.
