The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our business operations, including sales, marketing, product development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the makeup/beauty industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent
service.
● Complete business administration and ensure compliance with
policies and procedures.
● Oversee business operations.
● Manage Inventory.
● Website management (sales orders, pricing and items)
● Manage order dispatching.
● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising
standards.
● Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints,
grievances etc).
● Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
● Be a middle-man between staff and the Managing Director
● Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, policies,
and procedures. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, either in
person or through various communication channels.
● Identify and resolve customer problems or concerns in a proactive and timely manner.
Offer creative solutions or alternatives to address customer needs and ensure a
positive experience.

Experience:

• Fashion Industry: 3 years (Required)
