A top Real Estate and PropTech company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential business partners to drive company growth.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, investors, and community organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with the company’s objectives and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partnerships, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new opportunities.
  • Lead the sales team in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value of the company’s offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market conditions, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Develop detailed reports and recommendations for management based on market insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Train and mentor junior sales and business development team members to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) to track leads, monitor sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, partnership progress, and revenue targets for the executive team.
  • Leverage CRM data to refine strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in Real Estate or PropTech.

* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* In-depth knowledge of the real estate and PropTech industry, including emerging trends and key players.

* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and lead a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦400,000.00 per month
