BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (ELEVATOR SALES)

Job Description:
Responsible for revenue generation, meeting defined sales targets, creating and building customer relationships.
Duties
Implement sales strategy as set by the GM of elevators and escalators
Manage the relationship with the allocated customer base and satisfy their requirements
Look for new opportunities within the elevator and escalator business.
Collect market information and conduct competitor analysis including product and price comparisons
Generate reports as required and maintain ” actual vs. budget” sales performance data
Implement sales and marketing strategies, sales programs, efforts, and events including goal setting.
Develop service awareness in the marketplace to ensure sustained profit growth of sales in the company.
Gather surveys and information on behalf of the company.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Negotiate with stakeholders, review and conclude contracts
Follow up on payments and projects progress with internal stakeholders.

Background in Engineering will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Exquisite communication and people skills
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas

Prior experience in the elevators business
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Relevant Discipline with Min of 4-7 years of relevant work experience.

Pay: ₦500,000.00 – ₦700,000.00 per month
