Job Description:
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
- Use outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking to generate leads.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM tools.
2. Sales & Client Engagement
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service.
- Gather feedback to improve offerings and client experience.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Contribute to business planning and forecasting.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience: Sales: 3 years (Required)
