Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
  • Use outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking to generate leads.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM tools.

2. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service.
  • Gather feedback to improve offerings and client experience.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
  • Contribute to business planning and forecasting.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: Sales: 3 years (Required)
