Job Description:

Responsibilities: Assist to develop growth and customer satisfaction strategies

  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically with the Head of Business & Partnerships (Internal & External) in carrying out necessary sales and business planning.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs – including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Oversee outsourced social-media functions and Customer service Team
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Onboard and train CSOs.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Business & Partnerships.

Note:

– It is a remote job (Would require movement to close deals)

– Pay is within 130k – 150k

– Airtime is provided

– Transportation to any location is provided.

– HMO is available

– Ensure you have working devices and a steady internet connection.

– Be knowledgeable on MS Office use

– Knowledge on Google drive is an advantage
