Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive for a leading emergency response service provider. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by securing partnerships with organizations, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and communities. You will play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of emergency medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate organizations, residential estates, hospitals, schools, and government bodies.
• Promote and present emergency response packages, ambulance services, and healthcare solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position services strategically.
• Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to support service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare, emergency services, insurance, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building B2B relationships.
• Ability to understand and communicate the value of healthcare and emergency services.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience selling healthcare plans, ambulance services, or emergency healthcare solutions is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
