Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. They will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Develop and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions and process improvements.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful system implementations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key business insights.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive business efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
