Job Description:

• Write engaging scripts, blog posts, articles, and social media content that captivate audiences.
• Develop compelling brand narratives that enhance our identity and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with videographers and designers to create visually stunning and engaging content.
• Craft customer success stories that showcase real-life impact and brand value.
• Develop and execute a storytelling strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision and goals.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute storytelling campaigns.
• Analyze target audience behavior and tailor stories that drive emotional connections.
• Build a strong brand community through authentic and engaging storytelling.
• Monitor audience feedback, trends, and engagement to refine storytelling strategies.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all content and digital channels.
• Develop brand story templates and messaging guidelines for internal and external use.

Qualifications

• A natural storyteller who can turn ideas into compelling, relatable narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, brand storytelling, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills.
• Experience creating multimedia content (video, graphics, blogs, and social media).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in social media management, analytics tools, and content calendars.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience in B2B and B2C storytelling.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Knowledge of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and emotional marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
