? What You’ll Do
As a Flowmingo Brand Representative/ Brand Adventurist, you’ll be one of our key outreach partners helping spread the word and onboard new users:
- Introduce Flowmingo to companies or clients in your network who are actively hiring
- Recommend and guide them through adopting our AI-powered hiring platform
- Support teams in getting started and converting into active users
- Share insights with us to improve outreach strategy and product experience
- Stay independent and flexible—work on your own schedule, at your own pace
? Who We’re Looking For
- HR professionals or recruiters with active hiring networks
- Ideally with experience at agencies, internal TA teams, or recruitment platforms
- Clear communicators who can build trust with hiring managers and founders
- Comfortable talking about hiring processes, tech tools, and candidate experience
- Self-motivated and outcome-oriented—you enjoy autonomy and seeing results
