RO Publishing is looking for a skilled Book Editor who specializes in non-fiction and self-help books . If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for refining compelling narratives, and expertise in book marketing and global distribution , we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Edit and refine non-fiction and self-help manuscripts for clarity, coherence, and impact.

✅ Collaborate with authors to enhance content structure, style, and readability.

✅ Provide insights on book marketing strategies to help authors maximize visibility.

✅ Guide authors on global distribution platforms such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, and Target .

✅ Ensure manuscripts meet industry standards and are publication-ready.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a book editor , preferably in non-fiction and self-help genres.

✔ Strong understanding of book marketing strategies and audience engagement.

✔ Familiarity with self-publishing and traditional publishing platforms .

✔ Experience with global distribution networks like Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and major retailers .

✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
