Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Beauty Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty studio. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional client service, supervising stock and inventory, improving productivity, and contributing to business growth through marketing and client retention strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who is well experienced, understands the beauty industry and is passionate about delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily studio operations to ensure smooth workflow.
● Open and close the studio punctually, ensuring readiness before clients arrive.
● Monitor appointment schedules and minimize client wait time.
● Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
● Supervise a team of lash technicians, nail technicians, Microblading artists and braiders who rent space within the beauty studio.
● Create and manage staff rosters, attendance, and shift allocations.
● Promote teamwork, discipline, and professional appearance among staff.
● Handle conflict resolution and maintain a harmonious work environment.
● Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at every touchpoint.
● Monitor client satisfaction through feedback forms or follow-up messages and calls.
● Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
● Maintain accurate records of products, tools, and supplies.
● Liaise with vendors for cost-effective procurement of quality products.
● Assist in developing and executing studio promotions and campaigns.
● Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
● Suggest upsell strategies to increase revenue per client.
● Collaborate with the social media personnel to ensure marketing messages are aligned with studio goals.
● Maintain accurate records of clients, services, and payments.
● Prepare weekly reports on staff performance, client retention, and studio needs.
● Enforce studio rules and ensure staff compliance with policies.
● Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
●Qualifications & Experience:
● Minimum of 2 years experience in managing a beauty studio or spa.
● Strong background in customer service and people management.
● Experience in any of the following services is an added advantage: nails, lashes, Microblading.
● Knowledge of scheduling tools
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

Salary & Benefits:
● Salary ranges from 150,000 to 180,000
