Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools and glassware.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Check identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• ND / High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude at all times.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
