Queens MPCS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our technology team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. This role is ideal for a backend specialist with deep experience in C#/.NET, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps methodologies- especially within the banking or fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust backend software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technical requirements
• Build and optimize server-side applications and APIs for performance and scalability
• Implement best practices in cloud architecture and infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
• Guide and mentor junior engineers within the team
• Work closely with the COO to shape the company’s technology roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in backend software development
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET technologies
• Proven experience in building and deploying cloud-based applications (AWS or Azure)
• Solid background in server-side scripting, API development, and database management
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
• Must have relevant experience or networks within the banking or fintech industry
