Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Officer to join our team in the health insurance sector. As an Automation Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Design and develop automated workflows, scripts, and bots using automation tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation issues.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions with existing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in the health insurance sector or similar industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

Additional Experience:

• Experience with specific automation tools (e.g. RPA).
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience working in the health insurance sector or similar industry.
• Certification in automation or related fields.
