Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of commercial printing production.
• Ensure efficient workflow and quality control in printing processes.
• Oversee scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands.
• Implement operational best practices to optimize performance.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and train staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of printing materials.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report operational progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• OND required; HND or college degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial printing is a plus.
• Strong preference for candidates with digital printing experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month

Education: Higher National Diploma (Required)
