Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services on corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with key regulatory bodies including but not limited to the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FIRS, NAFDAC, and other relevant agencies.
• Handle documentation, due diligence, and filings relating to land use and real estate transactions, including matters involving AGIS and related land administration bodies.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, legal opinions, and client advisory notes.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal team with high professional standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ post-call experience in corporate legal practice.
• Demonstrable experience engaging with regulatory agencies and handling land-related legal matters.
• Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.
