This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Manager, located in Katsina. The Assistant Team Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team workflows, and support the team in achieving their objectives. 

Responsibilities 

include monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, providing feedback and guidance to team members, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The Assistant Team Manager will also assist in the development of strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in project management and workflow coordination
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to team members
• Experience in technology or related fields is a plus
