Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations & ensure compliance with health & safety standards
✅ Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance
✅ Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction
✅ Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain a positive work culture
✅ Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning
✅ Implement SOPs, ensure menu quality, and maintain brand standards
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience: 4-6 years in a managerial role within a QSR or hospitality industry
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills
Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office & inventory management
Knowledge of food industry regulations
Pay: ₦400,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
