Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant Facility Manager to support the smooth daily operations of our serviced office facility in Ikoyi Lagos. The ideal candidate will assist in managing building services, Administrative assistant, office logistics, and ensure the workspace remains functional, clean, secure, and client-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Facility Manager in overseeing all operations of the serviced office space.
• Attend office enquiries via mail and phone calls accurately and professionally. Direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages.
• Attend to walk-in prospects and show them around the space while providing accurate information about the business, products and services.
• Supervise janitorial, security, maintenance, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor and report on the condition of office equipment, fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of client/facility requests and issues.
• Coordinate minor repair works, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset upkeep.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning, maintenance, and operational supplies.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in onboarding new tenants/clients and ensuring their space is ready for occupation.
• Liaise with vendors and utility providers to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure front-of-house and shared spaces (boardrooms, lounges, etc.) are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• HND/BSc
• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in facility/office building management, customer service or sales and marketing roles.
• Strong coordination and people management skills.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic facility reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to commute easily to Ikoyi is an advantage.
