Assistant Chef

Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef
• Clean and set up the kitchen
• Prepare garnishes, cold sauces, vegetables, soups, appetizers, desserts, salads, etc.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene standards are followed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food with a keen eye for quality and presentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
