Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Architect with 3-5 years of experience, specializing in architectural visualization and 3D rendering. Your primary role will be to bring our designs to life through stunning visuals and detailed presentations, primarily using 3D Max.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality architectural visualizations and renderings for various projects.
* Develop detailed 3D models and scenes using 3D Max.
* Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve realistic visual representations.
* Produce compelling visual presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
* Collaborate closely with the design team to accurately translate architectural concepts into engaging visuals.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture.
* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visualization skills.
* Exceptional proficiency in 3D Max and other relevant rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer).
* Strong understanding of architectural design principles and detailing.
* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple visualization tasks.
Salary: Starting salary of ₦200,000 per month during a 3-month probation period, with a salary increase upon successful completion of probation.

Education: Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience: Visualization & 3D Max (Corona): 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
