Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong passion and proven expertise in interior design and meticulous detailing. You will be instrumental in transforming concepts into beautifully finished interior spaces for our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive interior design concepts and solutions.

* Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and interior joinery details.

* Select and specify interior materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.

* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is realized.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality of interior finishes.

* Contribute to all phases of architectural projects, with a strong focus on interior elements.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture.

* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design and detailing projects.

* Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: Starting salary of ₦200,000 per month during a 3-month probation period, with a salary increase upon successful completion of probation.

Education: Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior Design & Detailing: 3 years (Preferred)

Architectural design : 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
