ZICS is seeking an experienced Architect to lead our operations, bringing a unique blend of design excellence and project management acumen. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architecture and design, coupled with the ability to manage complex projects, oversee product development, and drive innovation in our smart product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Design Leadership: Lead the design process for our smart doors, gates, and furniture, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and technologists to integrate cutting-edge technology into our products.
• Innovation: Drive product innovation by leveraging architectural principles and keeping up with industry trends in smart homes and furniture.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into practical, innovative solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet ZICS’s high standards for design, functionality, and durability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing design excellence.
• Experience in managing operations or leading project teams.
• Strong understanding of smart technology integration in architecture and design.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends in smart homes, furniture, and security solutions.

Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ibadan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience:

• CAD: 2 years (Required)
