Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both architectural design and visualization, with strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and working drawings.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design plans.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and spatial models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion.
• Prepare precise working drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee on-site implementation, resolve challenges, and uphold design integrity.
• Integrate innovative materials and trends to deliver modern, functional solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client expectations.

Requirements:

– 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.

– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion , or similar 3D/BIM software -3D Visualization

– Expertise in technical detailing, working drawings, and construction documentation.

– Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

– Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.

– Portfolio showcasing completed projects (residential/commercial) and 3D’s technical proficiency.

Remuneration:

₦250,000 monthly
