Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ICT Training Marketer to promote and drive enrollment for our ICT training programs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, build relationships with clients, and create awareness about our training solutions. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote ICT training programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the training team to customize offerings to client needs.
- Digital and Traditional Marketing:
- Create and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Organize events, workshops, and seminars to showcase training programs.
- Develop brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase enrollment in ICT training programs.
- Generate leads through networking and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the training team to understand program offerings and ensure alignment in messaging.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and enrollment data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (ICT knowledge is an advantage).
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in education or ICT training.
- Strong understanding of ICT training programs and industry trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
